Cancellation Policy
Please be on time. A 15 minute grace period is applied to all service in which afterwards your non-refundable deposit will be collected.
A Same day cancellation appointment or no call/no show results 100% service payment and will be required a deposit to rebook an appointment.
A 48 hours notice is require to cancel an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee which is 50% of full service.
A 72 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
Please be mindful that when you are booking a service, you are booking my time. Canceling an appointment without proper notice reframes me from being able to find someone else to fill that slot time. In the case, that I am unable to, the cancellation fee works as insurance and covers your next appointment.
